Mold Remediation
Richview Cleaning Services is certified for mold remediation. While mold surrounds us outside in plants and trees, it is important to distinguish between healthy, natural mold and toxic and potentially dangerous mold.
We work closely with third-party contractors such as hygienists and you contractors to help identify the type of mould, scope for a successful remediation and strongly recommended post-remediation testing to ensure mold levels have returned to normal.

Our Approach
We approach every mold remediation with open-eyes but also through lab testing to ensure your home or business is safe and healthy for you. We will perform an inspection and assess the damage from the mold growth. We will then provide a job scope and a quote in removing it.
During our remediation process, it’s important to contain the mold spores in the affected area so we ensure a containment is created in order to control the spread of the spoors into other parts of the property.
During the removal and remediation process, we use air filtration and clean, disinfect and dispose of affected materials. Once we remove the mold, we ensure the drying process and HEPA filtration devices are used to remove any residual spores and molds.
Safety
Our team follows the highest standard of safety to ensure that your business or home is in good hands. Each staff member is equipped with masks, gloves, hazmat suits, and industry approved disinfectants while practicing safe physical distancing measures. Your safety is our number one concern and we are committed to providing you with a service that is dedicated to keeping you safe and healthy.
